The firm holds a commercial licence issued by the UAQ Free Trade Zone Authority authorising the conduct of online marketing and managed digital services. The firm is not a credit institution, a regulated financial-services firm, a payment-services provider, an insurance intermediary, or a securities dealer, and the contents of this site must not be interpreted as the provision of regulated financial, legal, medical, or investment advice.

A copy of the current trade licence is available to bona fide counterparties on written request, for the purpose of know-your-counterparty and procurement checks.

§ 4

Nature & purpose of this website

The pages published here are intended for general orientation and for the description, in summary terms, of the services that the firm may, at its sole discretion, agree to perform under a separate written mandate. Nothing contained on this site constitutes a public solicitation, a binding offer, an invitation to subscribe, an inducement to invest, or an inducement to enter into any transaction.

New client mandates are accepted exclusively on the basis of a signed master services agreement concluded with a vetted business counterparty, following written exchange and customary counterparty-diligence checks.

§ 5

Editorial responsibility for content

Editorial responsibility for the content of this site (in the sense of § 18 (2) of the German Medienstaatsvertrag, where that provision may be relevant by analogy to readers in German-speaking jurisdictions) rests with the authorised representative named in clause 1.

Information is compiled with reasonable diligence, but no warranty is given as to its completeness, currency, or freedom from error. Statements describing operational outcomes are composite, anonymised, and provided for orientation; they do not constitute a forecast, a promise, or a guarantee of any particular result for any other counterparty.

§ 6

Third-party references & external links

Where reference is made to third-party material, products, or external destinations, those references are provided for convenience only. Responsibility for the content, currency, and lawfulness of external resources rests entirely with their respective publishers; the firm exercises no editorial control over such resources and adopts none of their content as its own. External links were checked for manifest unlawful content at the time of inclusion; subsequent changes are outside the firm’s control.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The firm does not provide services to consumers within the meaning of EU consumer-protection law, is not bound to participate in, and does not voluntarily participate in, dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 9

Governing law & venue

The contents of this notice, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, are governed by the laws in force in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this notice, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the visitor’s place of habitual residence where those would otherwise apply.
